The products on dianaglass.eu are divided into two groups: jewelry and interior products, and each of them into other subgroups. While browsing the product catalog, you can click on the image of the product and read detailed information about the product - description, dimensions, fittings, color range, related products (products from the same series), etc.
After choosing a piece of jewelry that you want to own or give as a gift, press the "Buy" button and it is added to your virtual "basket". In-stock products will be delivered by courier to your specified domestic address within 2 working days. All dianaglass.eu products are unique. They are made in single units. If "buy" is written on the site next to the product photo, you can make your request and you will receive the corresponding product by courier within 2-3 working days. If you have chosen a model that is already out of stock and next to its photo is written "the product is not available but can be ordered", you can make your request, as the product you will receive up to 5 working days after your request, it will be very close to what is shown in the picture. In this case, if you wish to make small changes in terms of color, size and type of hardware, you can share them in the "Remarks" column and I will try to fulfill your recommendation.
When you have finished selecting products, press the "Cart" button. If you have a valid "Promo Code" you can enter it in the "Discount Codes" field.
Then press the "Proceed to Order" button. A form for filling in order data opens. Enter the required data correctly - names, phone, email (used to contact you back), the address where you want to receive your request. If you have any comments or anything you would like us to take into account when preparing and sending the package, please write it in the "Remarks" field.
This is the place to enter the ring size if you want the ring of your choice to be silver plated. (For this service, an additional 10 BGN is paid to the value of the selected ring, since the prices of the models presented in the catalog are equipped with adjustable metal alloy fittings.) When you are ready, press the "Finish the order" button.

DELIVERY
For purchases over BGN 100, dianaglass.eu provides free delivery within Bulgaria. Delivery to the country is carried out by a courier company to the address specified by the customer. For the greater convenience of customers, dianaglass.eu fixes the price for delivery throughout the country at BGN 5 to a Speedy office or BGN 8 to a personal address. Deliveries abroad are made in 7 working days, the delivery price is determined depending on the weight of the shipment (according to the tariff of Bulgarian Post). Shipments abroad are only sent after payment has been received. For shipments up to 1 kg, the price is between BGN 10 and BGN 15.
Orders of available jewelry are delivered within 2 working days for the country and 24 hours for the city of Varna after confirmation of the order.
All orders confirmed after 2pm are processed the next working day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday are processed on Monday. Delivery is free for Varna. If the jewelry is in stock - up to 24 hours after order confirmation, if out of stock - up to 3 working days after order confirmation.
Delivery takes place only after telephone confirmation. We will look for you to compare the accuracy of the recipient's coordinates - name and address. Unconfirmed orders are not fulfilled.

METHOD OF PAYMENT
dianaglass.eu ships the products with cash on delivery. The customer pays for his order upon receiving the products.

WARRANTY
All jewelry purchased from dianaglass.eu has a 3-month warranty from the day of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use or careless treatment of the jewelry. Jewelry will be repaired free of charge within the warranty period for damage resulting from loosening of hardware.
We GUARANTEE that if you feel unsatisfied with the delivered products, they will be replaced with others or the money received for them will be returned to you.
Purchased goods can be returned within 7 working days of receipt, if they are unused, unprinted, in a damaged commercial condition and under all other conditions under Article 55 of the Consumer Protection Act.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
